Rutherford Ventures LLC runs this site. Here is what it collects and what happens to it.
The contact form
When you submit the contact form I receive your name, your email address, and whatever you write in the message. I use it to reply to you and to talk about working together. That is all.
Automatic collection
This site is built on Squarespace, which records standard analytics: pages viewed, approximate location, browser and device type, and the site that referred you. Squarespace sets cookies to run the site and to measure traffic. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
I do not let third parties collect information about your activity across other websites from here.
Who sees it
Squarespace hosts the site and stores form submissions. Submissions also arrive in my email, which runs on Google Workspace. I do not sell your information, rent it, or hand it to anyone for advertising.
How long I keep it
Contact form submissions stay in my email and in Squarespace until I delete them.
Your choices
You can ask what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email rutherford@rachelaubrey.com and I will take care of it.
Do Not Track
This site does not respond to Do Not Track browser signals.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
